First off a generalisation I know but companies with lots of cash do become lazy when it comes to the future, the only good thing about cash is no need for cash raising in the future. Companies with less cash do what it takes to make things work.
The second thing it how far are BAU away from the port something like 250 km's and if I remember right 15 km to the rail, you joking me the future for BAU is not even comparable to QBL. They are completely different animals.
