Is MME required to lodge 4C's?

I know they have released quarterly updates in the past but not 4C's.
I was awaiting was 4Q trading update (as per last year) prior to full year results coming out in early to mid August and annual report by end of august.

The other expectation was they would update the market upon securitisation funding given that the MME Autopay Trust expires this month and the MME Horizon trust expires in September (being their two largest funding lines). They had previously announced (last qtr) refinancing efforts were underway.

As i have mentioned given MME''s love of the "announcement", the absence of information and the weak share price relative to peers, is very concerning.
