If these trust cannot be rolled into new funding, I don't think they will recover from that. The banks and funds that finance them won't suffer any loss and will be able to deploy the same amount with other lenders. That, or as you say, they will need to pay up so much more to convince the financiers to stay or bring new ones. It is definitely a vote of confidence. From my perspective, new management is needed anyway. Current team played with fire and got burnt. Reckless for shareholders and financiers do not want gamblers but safe pairs of hands at the top.
