I think all the Doctors who are still getting rich on Medibank guaranteeing their income for the life of their career would be wanting ALP back maybe ....Doctors have become de factor public servants since ALP introduced Medicare & Medibank which is now up for sale and no longer guaranteed by the Federal Govt might upset some in the medical fields..lol
Hockey can very easily solve the Deficit problem he claims ALP failed to do which would have involved increasing taxes on the haves who one might have guessed are mainly LNP Liberal National Coalition supporters, but the ALP did not. So now the dirty work has been left for HOCKEY to do and to increase taxes on his own supporters appears the only option don't you readers think? It will be PEA & THIMBLE TRICKERY which will help increase the tax take if the economy does not do it for them in an orderly way.
What makes anyone think that poor people will be paying taxes ? They don't
KEATING, HOWARD, HOCKEY are no magicians...they take the money from taxpayers to spend on the poor welfare recipients, their corporate friends on contracts, the govt workers and themselves on all their perks and benefits and unfunded Super funds.
The devil is in the detail which cant be proven and that's why the main party politicians scheme among themselves how to control the expenditure you cant prove where its going to help their friends in low and high places don't you think dear readers?
ICAC has imo only revealed a small part of the iceberg of corruption of those in suits who are currently getting the blame, but if both Abbott & Shorten were really working for interests of the wider Australian voters they would bring in a Federal ICAC..what are the chances of that?

imo any good budgeter could balance the Govt deficit by increasing Company & personal income taxes....unfortunately their might be some flight of capital out of country if corporate rates were increased so only option is taxing the workers with higher income taxes, NOT higher state GST taxes which increase inflation numbers and lead to higher RBA interest rates....it never ends the lot placed on a willing person like Joe Hockey who wanted the job and now he's got it he blaming ALP for not increasing taxes? go figure that one out.
