Any chance of some news?

so whats happening with the documentation re the Peak deal that was being prepared for submission to the Supreme Court prior to shareholders' meeting? Last update was 6 weeks or so ago.

doesn't seem to be much acquiring in the on market share buy back, unless the boss sells some into it then its likely to end a fizzer and the only shares acquired will be from other holders thus the relative share of the boss will increase.

the lack of free shares on market doesn't help things.

SP seems stalled, contribs unloved and unwanted

so what's the good news?
