agree, a capital raising would be very dilutionary.
But remember this. The directors dont have much stock. The previous directors sold a lot of theirs well above current prices. The banks advising them probably get a bigger cut in fees and kickbacks from an equity raising than other courses of action, so that is what they will recommend and that is probably what the company will do. Centro management in no position to say no, the smear campaigns will start again if they do.
