i would have to answer no to that question, i think that even without such a sale, there is a lot built out of the current share price.

the only logical reason for the supression of the market cap, is an equity injection (which i see as non essential and needless) to possible insiders.
IMO, that would equate to robbery.
It is quite obvious that Centro are doing quite well without it, thankyou very much.

there could be some other reason.
time will tell.
