Keeping in mind this is a placement and not a CR, I can see no logical reason for any selloff.
If we were trading anywhere near fair value, a drop may be warranted to factor in dilutiion..but..were way south of fair value.
If it were a CR to the masses downside may be warranted as many dump shares shortly after receipt or sell to fund participation (often where options or b shares are attached)..but.. This is not the case. It doesn't make sense for a soph to fund a placement then start dumping near buy price dragging down their holdings value.
