I'm generally on the short term market, so in terms of downtrend, there is definitely moves there to the downside. Like I said in the post though - there is no clear trend emerging. The weekly is still bullish, so from there, its still a buy.
But like always - if you're highly leveraged, I'd stay out of the banks for now. If you are playing with full equity stock - then its never a BAD time to buy the top 20 anyway!
