jct - breakaway gaps seem to occur at a top or after a time of sideways trading and certainly in the direction of the prevailing trend. This gap in NMS is off a bottom with one days trading only, so I would be a bit cautious going long at this stage.
It will be an interesting one to watch over the next couple of days.
