the company is suspended due to a change in structure, direction and reorganization.

They arent allowed to advise shareholders nor do they need to advise shareholders wat is going on behind the scenes until negotiations and their position is ready to announce and recommence trading.

this is a usual practice for a company in this position.

there is nothing else they need to or should advise shareholders at this point
