Total volume traded today was $350k - a relatively high volume day
If share issue at 340c, I'm sure there will be $5m shares coming onto the market in the next few months, take a look at average daily volumes.
If they decide t sell share price will drop closer to 340 and possible below.
I still think medium term value above 400, but short term could drop below 340
