i phoned today...
the tripartate agreements are little things like a contractor agrees to finish their work if LYC goes into receivership
eg. the builder of the plant agrees to continue so the receivers can sell the project at a better price
i was advised these types of agreements are normal
THUS IT APPEARS THERE ARE LITTLE AGREEMENTS THAT STILL MUST BE RESOLVED
