Not a specific reply to your post, however LYC made their funding arrangements some time ago. They are 99% funded provided they meet certain conditions - which they state they will achieve. Some costs have risen, but that is to be expected - just as some costs may actually have fallen too.
However, for anyone else thinking of selling, I'm sick to death of ppl jumping onto any news that sounds negative and reacting irrationally. Please by all means sell down your holdings, their will be patient buyers ready to take them off your hands.
