Damned if you do damned if you don't with regard to press releases, I bet many were pushing. They did release the funding plan 18th Dec and did an update 25th, I rather prefer will be satisfied than substantialy complete anyway.
"In accordance with the bond terms that were released to the market in full on 7 March 2008, the
agreed deadline for satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent is 31 January 2009. Lynas
remains confident that the conditions precedent will be satisfied before 31 January 2009."
The whole day on the 25th looked like a set up to me, just p*ssed I guess that I was not in on it!
