Neither Aust listing nor domicile were ever a drag on the company - its about getting out from under Aust compliance & reporting, & probably takeovers code in particular. They probably don't care if stock falls on its face in UK as they'll be lined up to assume a cheap controlling position along with their "mates". Whether their mates are always with them is another story.
Catling was probably a honest individual & that wouldn't have worked!
