Thanks Ozgem. My original decision after the huge SP drop was to hold on for a recovery, reminding myself its not a loss till i sell :-) Only recently i began to waver. As you say though most spec stocks have been smashed, and it has just as much chance of recovery. My thought was to perhaps sell the remainding few K left and putt it into ADY (which i nearly bought at 15c instead of WMT) where they are offering the one free share at the moment, thought it might be a good option.... or i will sit on WMT for the next few years and try to put spare cash into other stocks and slowly accumulate to diversify. One good thing is i can sit on for 10 years if i have to, just means the cash is tied up, which may not be the best thing.. but thats the way it goes sometimes.
