No 1. This was a mistake you had to make if you want to be succesful, there just seems to be no other way than the hard way in the spec markets.
2. Realise that as a long term holder of a falling stock your emotions are now more than likely a contrary indicator. So you will have to apply logic only.
3. WMT looks quite attractive again now I think, but the markets are still flighty so no guarantees
4. It sounds like you have learned some lessons over the last year. Use them to put a logic based plan together, this may or may not include wmt. Formulate a plan, with capital preservation (stop losses), action it and stick to it. profit or loss you are on the road to recovery
