Although the company is displaying increased confidence, if in fact they do proceed to DFS. It isn't "a clear go ahead" by a long shot.

Many companies have carried out DFS only to be rejected by the board for what ever reason.

The clear go ahead is when they approve the DFS and move to BFS and then approve mining, raise capital etc.
