Pbojanac, it appears to me (NOT a Lawyer) that three documents were sent (lodged) by MEO to ASIC, as required by Law.
The first (by date) two we have already seen as ASX announcements:"09001 ASX Suspension From Official Quotation
15/03/2010 5E2325697 2 7053A Disclosure Notice - Ex Australian Stock Exchange
09007 ASX Trading Halt". One is the initial Monday Trading Halt, and the second is Yesterday's Suspension from Official Quotation. Self explanatory, really.....
The top one:
"17/03/2010 5E2327942 2 7053A Disclosure Notice - Ex Australian Stock Exchange", I don't think we have seen it.
Could there be anything of paramount importance into: "Disclosure Notice"?
Frankly, I don't think so.....Then again, who knows????
