Not in my book. This is another black mark against Curtis. With good reason.

1. This is a repeat of the previous fund raising efforts. Dilution to an outsider that will cash in big for little risk. Remember back to the original effort to sell a majority interest to the Chinese government. At the time saying that the shareholders would not support a fund raising. When forced to go back to the shareholders he got the funds.
2. The last fund raising saw oversubscription by shareholders. I guess some of the current "star" posters were not holders then and may not know that we had payments returned as not required. That should have sent a message that current long termers would have been happy to subscribe more funds.
3. Proves my point that Curtis has little regard for, or respect for shareholders.

Go back and look at one of the candidates we has proposed as a director. She was a specialist with finance and financial related problems but withdrew her nomination after discussions with Curtis. (She had questions to ask relating to "on time and on budget".)
