The relisting of NAL is scheduled after the finalization of our sino-excel merger. Prior to this there needs to be shareholder approval of the merger transaction. Over the last month there has not really been any new news to report on ie everything is still progressing without any issues however. Even though NAL has not been trading for 13 months it is worth noting that our initial merger deal was rejected by NAL (we initially called for suspension due to the initial merger) and the latest merger proceedings started approx early october 09. NAL intends to re-list but the merger must be completed first. I realize from your email you may not want to hear this but I believe another announcement will be released this month further detailing the progress of the merger.
