I'm pretty sure that would have been the first question ECM asked in due diligence. And if their still up for putting $4 million in plus deferred payment terms on Jundee, then that question would have been answered to their satisfaction. In some parts of the world SW that simplistic process is referred to as "a negotiation", google it and you might find out a little more about what a negotiation is.
