Hey all. This from the horses mouth
I’m working on the details of the distribution and the Notice of Meeting as we speak. As you will see from the forthcoming Notice of Meeting, it is a complicated set of transactions and the Company is working so as to produce the best possible outcome for shareholders. Having said that, as with yourself, we are keen to finalise the details, release the details to the market, and proceed with the process of distributing the Burey Gold Ltd and Louisiana Petroleum Ltd shares to the shareholders of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Resources Ltd as soon as possible. I am currently working on a timetable that would see the Notice of Meeting posted within two weeks given no unforeseen problems arising.
