Very good jakem. I was told this morning that an ann was due in 12 days so at least things are on the way. I must say it does seem to be complicated arrangement so I have not even attempted to work out the 'values' & or does the LOU share price which is about half what it was when the deal was ann make a big difference.
Also I heard that the shares will be escrowed for 12 months.
