One thing happening here in NZ. The government is moving to an all electric fleet. Then as these vehicles are replaced they will move on to the general market as second hand making an ev more accessible to buyers. There is a new advert on the box here showing an ICE vehicle being crushed and the owner driving past the petrol pump in her new EV basically giving the finger to the pump attendant.
