    Perhaps UML needs to get a business heavyweight on to the Board? Such as a Twiggy Forrest type.

    UML needs Board leadership which can help the company to get decisions right first time round.

    UML seems to have frittered a lot of its cash away; without seeming to have achieved anything worthwhile in return for its shareholders.
