Not much dilution at all, I probably will take up the share purchase plan. Obviously with the mine problem in the last quarter, they feel they just need some extra $ cushion because of the lack of $5-10 million extra they would have made.

Seems reasonable to me.

I will help support them in this.

Dilution is not much, under 1/6th, pushes market cap from 30 to 35 million.
