any downside?

Hi, I have been looking into this company for only a few weeks. Although I have been hearing negative opinions about it over a much longer period on another uranium stock I have invested in. From what I see it looks undervalued. I am interested in putting some money in a second and possibly a third uranium stock as I feel this year sentiment will change or should I say has already changed. My question is to existing holders and I suppose non existing holders who have knowledge to share be it good or bad. Are their any downsides that I am not seeing in this company?

They have a decent Jorc in a u friendly mining country.
They have just completed a capital raising.
They seem to on track for production in a few years perhaps.
They have a very low market capital.

Do these guys have any other projects?
What are the reputation of the directors?
Has the company delivered on time it's stated milestones?
Have I missed anything?

By the way. Even though I have had this stock on my watch list for a couple of years, I have never shown any interest in it. But someone I know in France has told me to take notice hence my curiosity.
