Thanks everyone for your replies.

I know there are around 12,000 Ozzies over there atm.

If i do take the job offer, i will probably go over there within the next month or so and my wife and children will relocate in about 3 - 6 months.

Been doing alot of reading up and also checking out a few forums to gain a bit of knowledge on whats happening. Inflation is hitting them very hard.

Interestingly, i wasn't even looking for a job.
However, when i stumbled across this position i saw it as an opportunity worth pursueing.

Being fair skin, i might have to make sure i have plenty of Slip-Slop-Slap and cover up or i will get burnt to a crisp.
