You fight the market you get a bloody nose. Pls is being punished for 3 reasons
1 the delay in permits
2 what else have they stuffed up
3 the off chance more funds are needed.
They get it all right what you pay a bit more but it's a safe bet. the market is looking at it in a rational way if more delays more stuff ups more funds sp will be low 2's and a punter will need 100 % gains from this level to break even. Where if you sell now you only have to pay 20% more to make money. Is that irrational? No it's not!
Just remember the market is always right. No matter what picture is painted on HC.
