From the quarterly you would expect that the testing of the tailings storage facility would be completed at the earliest this week. There would then be the submission of results and period required by government agencies to look through the results before providing final approval.
Given that the majority of the more significant concerns (water etc.) have been resolved I'm happy to wait the additional time to get this over the line.
