SVWPA is a perpetual FRN issued by Channel 7. All perpetual FRNs trade for much less than their issue price because no one knows when they will be redeemed.
Corporate FRNs are all classified High Risk cf those from banks. I'm not sure that I would touch a perpetual one from a TV company!
