Good to see someone out there has a few of these. Wont get much coverage with market cap of only 134 million.

Stable little REIT! Defensive sector to invest in.Long WALE. Great occupancy. Dividend was good dropped a little on recent upswing.

I will look at arena REIT. Affinity education was not on my radar. I did own AEU for awhile and did quite nicely out of those.

Also hold GOZ which is another solid and boring REIT.
