Hi, I am a past RFG shareholder who got out at ~$1.80 (but at a substantial loss) once it became apparent how badly RFG was treating its franchisees. Misalignment of the interests of RFG and its franchisees was a recipe for failure in the long term. The current management team are trying to fix things, although I note from the presentation that a couple from the old days are still in positions of influence. The current proposed cap raise, if successful, has the opportunity to stabilise the company for now, and so RFG is back on my radar as a speculative punt. However, I believe the future prospects of RFG relies heavily on the franchisees' and the company's interests being aligned. I'd therefore be interested if any franchisees would care to comment on how they experience life under this new management (better, worse, same), and what they feel the future holds for them within RFG.
