I believe they are still awaiting ATO approval of that payment. I can't recall the payment method that is to be used, but if it is a full or partial capital return, then you (investors, not traders) don't pay tax on the capital return portion as such, but you deduct that amount from your cost base. Your CGT will thus be greater when you eventually sell.
