Spot on Auto. Clients will be looking for a strong balance sheet (they do not really care how many shares are on issue). Many clients are recurring or multi year deals and they demand certainty of service. Therefore this overhang needs to be sorted out quickly and forceably - stage one of process replace leader, stage two rejig cap structure, stage 3 hit the road and settle the nerves of clients, stage 4 communicate with shareholders, etc reduce duplication costs between businesses, etc. The O & G Industry (its allegedly huge) will eventually pick up and when it does if NMS can survive it will be dragged along with it.
