Under the scenarios given in the AFR, the new valuations were:
$2.85 worst case (given a 15% probability)
$3.25 mid case (80% probability)
$4.15 best case (5% probability)
That is assuming it is 100% guaranteed that TLS doesn't get the NBN and that someone else successfully builds it.
I would be worried if I was going to spend $5b going into competition with TLS - they have got a pretty big advantage in terms of a head start.
