This is a fairly common way of reporting drill core results for gold.
It means that at 470m depth the drill core had a 6.8 m long section of core that averaged 1.1 g/t (grams per tonne) of gold.
Within the 6.8 m length of core there was a richer section of core 0.6 m long where the average was 6.9 grams of gold per tonne.
Further drilling would likely be done but the figures you've posted suggest most of the gold is in a fairly narrow zone, not evenly through the rock.
