danny, trust me and do yourself a favour .... call the company and ask the directors whether they want the options to get over the line. How are they going to pay for the exercise of the SLA options (must be done by August from memory)? Is there a 'surprise surprise' underwrite or placement coming when/if they don't get over the line.
Seen this action many times before. Shareholder (the majority) interests are thrown out the window at times like these imo .....
I'd buy the heads instead, those I am confident in. :)
