    $90mil for 90% of Copaquire plus the $70mill RXM have in the bank equates to $18 mill we would have to pay for RXM after the 30% TO premium.($178mill for RXM)-

    Good economics or just a crazy pipe dream by Burgess.

    What happens if this Chile venture is a fizzer.
