Why ask for stocks under $1?
Market cap is usually more relevant than share price, unless you are a trader playing with stocks near points of increment changes. For instance if a share price is trading near 10 cents, below 10 cents the increment is 0.1 cent, above 10 cents it is 0.5 cents increments.
