Announcement just out that Alistair Cowden and Brett Dixon have resigned as directors. (Brett declined to stand for re-election at the AGM.)
These were the original directors of ACU when it transformed from a resource company (Exodus) to a Biotech (ACU) at the time they did the deal with Murdoch University vet school which we never heard much more about.
Alistair may be much more at home in the now more active resource field. Brett and Alistair have worked together in many companies over the last decade.
