I was thinking yesterday that if somebody wanted a shell for their business then ftt would be a cheap way in.

First buy all those on offer at 0.2c. Then try and scoop up a few more at that price. Then clear out 0.3c. And maybe finish off with those at 0.4c.

At the end of all that you would have over half the shares on issue and all done within five days, so no need for a notice.

Another theory is that the quarterly is soon due, perhaps with some tax rebate guidance. If that shows $1.5m plus $1.5m then the $1.6m mkt cap suddenly looks rather silly!
