It would be in the interests of suscription bonds to keep s/p down before another issue as it has made them half a million bucks or so on recent issues lucky buggers.STRATEGY,hold s/p down ,get issued bonds,convert to shares at a discount to last trading range,get good announcement,let s/p go,sell into rally,do same again and again.augh.
