Hi guys
I guess we'll find out on the night. But consistent with MK70's advice I did start a TRAP about a month ago in the hope that any changes might be grandfathered. It's a good idea for anyone eligible, and tax-effective given the reduction of the minimum take-out to 2% this year.
I'll be a bit grumpy about any big changes - yet again. When will they realise that making changes every couple of years is a big disincentive for people to go into superannuation to provide for their old age without drawing on the pension. I guess they just want to dress up their books now, and let some future Government worry about the cost of pensions for Baby Boomers down the track.
