    Mate just using my experience and a little instinct......and if I were CEO I would get as much value as I could out of the market so @ around .40 I would offer shares to institutional investors at a discount and then, so as not to p off shareholders, I would offer them a similar deal.
    Funny how it has settled @ .32 huh.
