1ronnie, you talk like they woke up yesterday and decided it looked like a godd day to raise some capital.
I can guarantee you that the decision for a CR would have been made a couple of weeks ago when the share price was trading near 12 month highs(which btw it was yesterday anyway).
So if they offered a discount based on .40 then .30 - .32 is a 20-25% discount and nothing to sneeze at. It just so happens that somebody got wind of the placement and thus sold it off.
Once again the markets show there is no insider trading on the ASX lol
