    ashwil, I think it is pretty obvious to all that yeserdays mark down was the result of news leaked on the offer with maybe, some already placed and more to come to shreholders.
    Either way I think that the offer price was leaked and we had a little overshot to the downside.
    Thus my guestimate of .32
