IMO the debt being cleared is going to have a significant effect on the SP- if the debt is cleared this quarter...

Two simple reasons:

1: No one knows how much this figure owing to Reddy's actually is, although 9-10million is the number being thrown around. It's hard for anyone to take MGMT's word for it... The Market needs proof.

2: Once the debt is cleared we'll have a much better idea of COGS%, and will beable to confirm whether or not it's on par with estimates. I'm sure it's a concern of many that initial margin's were alot lower than expected...The market needs reassurance of Fonda's profitability.
